Ramirez leads chase for Top Scorer of the Conference award

MCFASolver ace Brandon Ramirez is on course for back-to-back Top Scorer of the Conference plum.

The hulking Ramirez, the league's premier gunner during his debut in the Second Conference, amassed 180 points through four legs to set the pace in the race for the scoring honors in PBA Season 3 Third Conference.

Ramirez accounted for the most one-point baskets converted with 91 and most free throws made with 35 so far to boost his bid going to the last two legs and the culminating Grand Finals of the season-ending conference.

Meralco's Joseph Sedurifa is in hot pursuit at 150 points as Blackwater's Wendelino Comboy, owner of a league-best 47 two-balls scored, and Ramirez's teammate Louie Vigil chase on with 129 points each.

Another explosive Bolts player, Jeff Manday, runs fifth with 121 ahead of Cavitex's Jorey Napoles, the Scoring King of Season 3 First Conference, with 118, and San Miguel Beer's Ken Bono with 117.
