URATEX and Philippine Navy- Go For Gold try to arrange a showdown for the first ever Women's PBA Invitational championship on Monday.
The Dream and Lady Sailors are favored to get past their respective opponents in the crossover semis to forge a title duel for the breakthrough championship of the league's women's 3x3 side.
Angelis Resort along with Gilas A and Gilas B both finished with similar 2-3 records at the end of the group phase. But owing to higher quotients, Angelis Resort and Gilas B clinched the last two berths in the semifinals.
The top two seeded teams both finished the group stage with identical 4-1 records.
But the Philippine Navy clinched the no.1 spot by virtue of its close 18-17 win over Uratex at the end of the eliminations phase.

Philippine Navy vs. Gilas-B opens hostilities at the Ayala Malls Glorietta at 11:30 a.m. followed by the clash between Uratex and Angelis Resort at 12 noon.
Winners in the knockout semis battle each other in the winner-take-all finals set at 12:50 p.m. The women's playoffs precede the grand finals of the PBA 3x3 Third Conference Season 3. (RG)
