WITH their roaring triumph in Leg 6, Purefoods TJ Titans ensured their spot in the Top 4 of the PBA 3x3 Third Conference Grand Finals alongside top seed TnT, No. 2 Meralco and No. 4 San Miguel Beer.
The Titans earned 100 tour points on the strength of their sixth-leg feat capped by a 20-16 win over the Tropang Giga en route to finishing third in the overall team standings with 354.
The Tropang Giga, winners of legs 1, 3 and 4 and runner-up in 5 and 6, topped the table with 500 points after six stops followed by the Bolts with 375.
With 318, the Beermen wound up with the fourth position, joining TnT, Meralco and Purefoods straight into the quarterfinal round of the conference championship set on Sunday at Robinsons Place Manila.
Also qualifying for the Grand Finals but needing to go through an elimination phase first were No. 5 Cavitex Braves (298), No. 6 Platinum Karaoke (295), No. 7 Terrafirma (244), No. 8 Limitless App (243), No. 9 Barangay Ginebra (230) and No. 10 Sista Super Sealers (171).

Second Conference champion Pioneer Pro Tibay missed out on the ultimate battle after finishing outside the Top 10 at No. 11 with 117 points.
Pioneer was joined in the exits by Master Sardines (105), NorthPort (95) and Zamboanga Valientes (81).
The Grand Finals will offer a cool P750,000 to the winner with the runner up getting P250,000 and the third placer receiving P100,000. (OL)
