Cavitex in pursuit of a second straight Leg crown

NO team has won back-to-back in the PBA 3x3 Season 2 Third Conference so far and Cavitex, the most recent leg winner, is bent on taking this distinction as Leg 5 rolls Saturday at Robinsons Las Pinas.

The Braves reigned supreme in last week's fourth leg to become the fourth different conqueror of the season-ending conference after San Miguel Beer, TnT, and Barangay Ginebra.

The rest of the 12-team field are determined to crash the party and boost their respective positions in the race for the 10 seats to the culminating Grand Finals.

The combatants have two legs left to collar precious tour points and secure their spots before the battle for the conference crown.

TNT and Cavitex run 1-2 through four legs with 280 and 275 tour points, respectively, followed by Ginebra (270) and Meralco (225).
